A collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy
I have worked with individuals of varying identities, ages, genders and backgrounds that have had difficulty in navigating their romantic, familial and platonic relationships. However, I have two populations that I am specifically passionate about.
Female-identifying women in their 20s and 30s who are experiencing relationship difficulties, feelings of loneliness, and new life transitions (e.g. entering the workforce, break-ups, marriage, fertility). As someone who identifies personally with this demographic, I feel that I have a strong understanding of experiences and difficulties that may arise.
2. Caregivers of children or adults with chronic health conditions (physical, developmental, and/or emotional difficulties). I deeply understand the impact that these stressors can have on an individual’s mental health, relationships, and careers and aim to process these stressors and feelings in a safe space.
By integrating my clinical expertise with this increased sense of relatedness, I look forward to supporting you on this therapeutic journey towards healing.
