My Services

I specialize in working with women in their 20s and 30s as well as caregivers who are experiencing the noted concerns:

  • Whether you are experiencing an exciting new milestone or struggling with a chapter in your life, change can be difficult! These transitions can include graduating, career changes, getting married, going through a break-up or experiencing a loss of a loved one. I aim to help individuals navigate these transitions by processing these changes and providing tools for the future.

  • Feeling unseen and unheard with family, friends, and romantic partners can lead to a difficulty with vocalizing one’s emotional needs. I often work with clients that may identify as “people pleasers” and “avoiders.” Themes that I focus on with clients include infidelity, abandonment, sexual and emotional trauma, and vulnerability.

  • We thrive off having autonomy, so mental health concerns may arise when we are feeling a lack of this control. I aim to explore the root of when clients have felt control had been stripped from them in the past. My goal is to provide clients with a sense of agency in their life and to notice any maladaptive coping mechanisms that are present (e.g. addictive tendencies, disordered eating, rigid thinking).

  • Anxiety, panic attacks and depression can be extremely debilitating and often lead to withdrawal from social support, negative automatic thoughts, and a lack of motivation in your daily life. We will collaboratively work together to identify potential triggers and life events that have led to these symptoms, while also finding coping mechanisms to combat these feelings.

  • I aim to help individuals process traumatic and distressing experiences (either acute or persistent, chronic events) that have led to emotional and psychological disturbances. Oftentimes, our natural tendency is to repress these memories and feelings because they are too difficult to cope with. Through our work together, I will hold space to understand how these experiences have impacted one’s well-being.
